The true success of a TV serial comes to show when there are fan pages across socials with followings that transcend the regional barrier and even more so when there are fans in real life who travel from far off shores to meet the actors of that show! Similar is the story of Dangal TV’s popular show Rakshabandhan- Rasal Apne Bhai Ki Dhal. Such is the craze for this show not just in India but also abroad that the entire cast of the show was recently surprised and overwhelmed when they found out that fans from the United States Of America had come down to meet them!

Let us tell you, Rakshabandhan is going to complete 150 episodes soon and the cast feels that there couldn’t be a better gratification for their hard work than having fans who have painstakingly travelled all the way from the US to see their shoot and meet them. It is learnt that quite a few fans from the US dropped by at the sets, there were pictures taken and memories made!

Nishant Malkani, who is playing the role of Shiva in Rakshabandhan said, “It feels great to know that our show is as popular in America as it is in India. I was very surprised that our fans from the US had come to meet us and watch the shooting of our show. It is a matter of great honour for us. I hope this show continues to be liked all over the world like this, its popularity keeps on increasing.”

Nyra Banerjee, essaying the role of Chakori said, “I am very happy to know that our show is equally popular in America and fans from there are coming down to meet us! The ones that came, also had a little kid with them who was so cute. He was our sweetest fan so far. All of us spent time with everyone and also posed for pictures.”

Varsha Sharma, who is playing the role of Rasal, said, “We are elated that people from abroad have come to meet us and watch us shoot our scenes. The popularity of Rakshabandhan can be gauged from this. I am very happy and excited that our show is being seen and appreciated all over the country as well as the world.”

Vaishali Thakkar, playing the role of Kanak, said, “I would like to thank all the fans from the bottom of my heart. Now people are watching the Rakshabandhan show Internationally too. We had fans from America who came down to our sets to meet us. What could be more joyful than this? I am overjoyed and excited. Our show is quite interesting and more twists and turns are coming ahead which will be interesting for the fans.”

Farman Haider, who is playing the role of Samar, also looked very happy and excited to meet the fans from America. At the same time, Prachi Pathak, playing the character of Poornima, also thanked all the fans that they are liking the show Rakshabandhan so much.

The serial Rakshabandhan can be seen on Dangal TV from Monday to Friday at 7:30 PM.

एक बेहतरीन शायर राशिद अली खान की शायरी से सजी खूबसूरत किताब “मुख्तसर ख़्याल” पहली किताब मुम्बई के जुहू होटल में लांच की गई तो यहां उनके दोस्त ऎक्टर सज्जाद, कम्पोज़र सिंगर शाज़ी सहित कई मेहमान मौजूद थे। हिंदी में यह किताब बड़ी ही सुंदरता के साथ प्रकाशित की गई है। इस बुक लांच के अवसर पर ग़ज़ल की एक महफ़िल भी पेश की गई और राशिद अली खान के कलाम को शाज़ी ने बड़ी खूबसूरती से कम्पोज़ किया और गाया। इस दौरान राशिद अली खान ने अपनी शायरी भी पढ़कर सुनाई जिसे सभी ने खूब पसन्द किया। उनकी आवाज़ बड़ी प्रभावी है और शेर पढ़ने का उनका अंदाज श्रोताओं और दर्शकों का ध्यान अपनी ओर खींच लेता है।
राशिद अली खान ने फौज में अपनी सेवाएं दी हैं और अपने तमाम अनुभवों को अपनी शायरी में पेश कर दिया है। उन्होंने देशभक्ति के जज़्बात को अपनी एक नज़्म “ऐ वतन” में पेश किया है। वह लिखते हैं “मेरी दौलत है वतन, मेरी शोहरत है वतन, मेरे माथे का नूर है, मेरे दिल का सुरूर है…।”
बुक लांच के अवसर पर राशिद अली खान ने बताया कि इस किताब में उनकी एक रचना “फ़साना” के नाम से है जिसमें मुख़्तसर शब्द आया है। शेर कुछ यूं है “तेरा मेरा जैसा भी था फसाना अच्छा था, मुख़्तसर ही सही पर वो ज़माना अच्छा था।”
राशिद अली खान ने यहां मीडिया से बात करते हुए कहा कि उनकी यह पहली किताब “मुख़्तसर ख़्याल” उनकी ज़िंदगी के ख्याल हैं जिसे उन्होंने मुख़्तसर (कम) शब्दों में पेश कर दिए हैं। मेरे दिल मे जो ख्याल आता है मैं उसे कागज़ पर उतार देता हूं। फिर शाज़ी उस शायरी को तराशती हैं, उन्हें कम्पोज़ करती हैं।
राशिद अली खान भविष्य में और भी किताबे लाने का इरादा रखते हैं। उन्हें शायरी का शौक है और वह इसे जुनून की हद तक चाहते हैं। उनकी शायरी में उर्दू और हिंदी शब्दों का अनूठा संगम नजर आता है जो शायरी पढ़ने वालों के लिए एक उपहार स्वरूप है।

Soon to release show Rang Jaun Tere Rang Mein held a launch event recently. The star cast Sudesh Berry, Megha Ray, Ketki Kadam ,Karam Rajpal among others spoke about the show and their characters.

All set to start the new year with a bang, popular GEC, Dangal TV will be launching a new show “Rang Jaun Tere Rang Mein” on 3rd of January 2022.

Rang Jaun Tere Rang Mein is the story of the affluent Pandey family from Lucknow and the comparatively poor Chaubey family from Azamgarh. This show revolves around chance happenings where kismet plays an important role. Both these families in pursuit of a match for their children, as fate would have it they find this match in each other’s homes, all seems well until a tryst with destiny changes the lives of two families forever and sets the premise of the show. To know what’s written in the fate of these two family members, then you will have to wait till January 3.

Sudesh Berry who plays a crucial role in the show, during the press conference said, “The pillar of this (Pandey) family is Kashinath Pandey. The show has a lot of ups and downs and turns and twists which will keep the audience entertained. Through this show of Dangal TV, we want to not just entertain the audience but also give a message to society.”

Megha Ray said that she is playing the role of Dhani Choubey who is a cracker of a girl. She is carefree and outspoken, and quite opposite to her shy and demure older sister. She will never back down from speaking her mind or taking stand for her family, but never intentionally hurt anyone.”

Karam Rajpal said- I play Dhruv Pandey in the show and my character is totally different to what I am in my personal life. While in real life I am quite playful and talkative, in the show I am a much quieter person. Dhruv understands everything very well but he doesn’t speak much. He is a simple boy who is a doting son and his family adores him. His goal in life is to take his family business, that of Pandey electronics, to newer heights. But not like he wants to do it all by himself, in the Pandey family one person’s growth is everyone’s growth. I think the audience is going to enjoy watching our show.

Ketki Kadam said – I am playing the role of Shrishti Choubey and my character is that of a sweet and simple girl who is very calm and composed. She is everyone’s favourite in the house too. She is a girl next door who prays first thing when she wakes up. She is loved by everyone and she loves to take care of everyone. The bond she shares with her sister and her family members is very infectious and relatable and I am sure the audience is going to enjoy watching my family and the bond we share with each other on screen.

Diksha Dhami, who’s playing the role of Pooja Pandey, said, “I play the role of a bubbly yet simple daughter-in-law. She loves her in-laws so much that she hasn’t gone home for 2-3 years.”

Udit Shukla said, “He is playing the role of Abhishek Pandey, the elder son of Sudesh Berry, who is a very responsible boy and is handling the family business in the show.”

Chaitanya Adeeb also spoke about his character and said, “He is playing the father of the female leads of the show played by Ketki and Megha. His character name is Surendra Choubey who is a farmer. He is a resident of Banaras and wants to educate both his daughters so that they are fully capable and independent. But at the same time he is also looking for grooms for them and how he ends up meeting Kashinath Pandey is what follows as the story progresses.” Chaitanya Adeeb further added, “This show is different. Its storyline is unique. Audiences would not have seen such a twist and story on television. There is a story related to the land, the kind of things that happen in any normal family. I am sure people will connect with this story.”

Meena Mir, who is playing the role of Kashinath Pandey’s sister and aunt of Abhishek and Dhruv, said that she is a very good aunt. Loves her brother, nephews very much, she also has a good relationship with her sister-in-law. This is the kind of character that keeps everyone connected in the family.

Urvashi Upadhyay, who is playing the role of Dhruv’s mother Rupa Pandey, said, “My character is such that I love to dress up. I spend a lot of money, and I just want to enjoy life.”

Eshaan Shanker, last seen in Abbas Mastan’s ‘Machine’ will next be seen in high octane crime thriller drama titled ‘Mumbai Special Pav Bhaji,’ directed by Ashok R Kondke. The movie is streaming on the Shemaroo Me and Jio Cinema OTT platform.

‘Mumbai Special Pav Bhaji’ displays the rawness of the city, the crime, drugs, and human trafficking that surrounds it. Just like the title, the film also differs in the making by being shot in realistic locations of Mumbai in natural light without any makeup for the actors. Keeping it absolutely raw and real for the cinematic experience.

Overjoyed director and producer Ashok R Kondke said, “I am very excited that the movie has finally been released on Shemaroo Me and Jio Cinema! We have worked really hard. The cast of the film includes Eshaan Shanker, Elena Tuteja, Abhishek Sethiya, Ibra Khan, Gauri Shankar, and many more. The music and vocals have been provided by Praveen Tiwari.

Ekansh Bhardwaj was awarded the “Bharat Ratna Dr APJ Abdul Kalam Awards 2021” for many important works done for the society during the lock down.

The “Bharat Ratna Dr APJ Abdul Kalam Awards 2021” was successfully organized by Bharat Nirman Foundation Charitable Trust at ISKCON Auditorium located in Juhu, Mumbai. Dr. (Professor) Kirit Solanki (Member of Parliament, Lok Sabha) was the chief guest of this award function, while Ekansh Bhardwaj anchored the award show with great skill. His anchoring was praised not only by the chief guest but also by the fun-lovers like Udit Narayan and Anu Malik.
